The only positive aspect of this stay was the location near the Galleria and uptown, but everything else fell short. Service was slow, and the room was outdated, with visible rust on appliances and a stained floor. The only redeeming feature was a comfortable bed. Unfortunately, I won’t be booking at Extended Stay America again, and I urge the owners to consider immediate renovations and upgrades to improve this hotel.
