The spacious bedroom features a queen-sized bed and a dedicated workspace. Don't forget to check out the rockstar picture book! You'll share a bathroom equipped with extra linens and makeup cloths for your convenience. The living-dining area has a pull-out queen bed for additional guests, with extra linens stored in the bedroom closet.

Shopping, dining, and nightlife are all just minutes away from this location.

For your entertainment, there's a 42-inch Smart TV with fast WIFI and Amazon Prime TV. Please have your login info ready for other streaming services.

This condo is in a fantastic LOCATION, close to CVS, grocery stores, bars, restaurants, and attractions like Jones Hall, Wortham Center, and the Alley Theater downtown.

Please note that smoking is strictly prohibited inside the condo, with a $200 fee for violations. We observe quiet hours from 10 PM to 7 AM.

We have a security camera on our front door to protect package deliveries. No cameras are inside the condo.

While amenities are available in the complex, they may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance.

Guests have full access to the condo, which is equipped with a coded door lock for self-check-in and check-out. There is only one shared wall, as this unit is on the end and has a condo above it, so occasional noise is possible but not excessive.
