The rooms, while not groundbreaking, provided a comfortable and pristine environment. The classic yet modern room design, fundamental amenities, spacious cozy beds, crisp linens, and blackout curtains met my expectations, perfectly aligning with the purpose of my visit.
One of the highlights I eagerly anticipated was the hotel's inviting bar and lounge area. As a fan of nightcaps during vacations, this was a must-visit spot for me.
Regrettably, my hectic schedule, consumed by both work and shopping, prevented me from taking a dip in the pool during my stay. Nonetheless, I managed a quick sneak peek, and it appeared to be well-maintained, boasting clean water and an abundance of inviting lounge chairs.
In conclusion, the Crowne Plaza Hotel not only offers the convenience of proximity to The Galleria but also impresses with its grand lobby, comfortable rooms, and enticing amenities.

Our stay was highly enjoyable, with exceptionally pleasant staff. My family had a wonderful time, especially thanks to the restaurant staff who made our breakfast and happy hour experiences quite delightful. While it’s worth noting that the hotel is older and could use some modernization, the exceptional service from the staff more than compensates for it.
