Upon my initial encounter with Siphon Coffee, I was captivated by its naturalistic exterior, a theme that seamlessly extended indoors. The ambiance exudes a rustic-modern fusion with wooden furnishings against cream-hued walls, evoking a harmonious connection with nature.

The cornerstone of this coffee establishment lies in its commitment to locally sourced ingredients and mastery of the Siphon method. Utilizing halogen burners to extract maximal flavor from beans, they craft an exceptional coffee experience.

Beyond the stellar coffee and inviting ambiance, their menu diverges from the ordinary café fare. Choices span from a grilled chicken sandwich to a wholesome hummus box. Opting for Huevos Rancheros, I relished the expertly prepared eggs (slightly over easy) and freshly crafted pico with top-tier tomatoes.

The staff's graciousness and prompt service shone through even during the bustling lunch rush. Though prices lean towards the upper scale, my $16.75 meal, including a large chai latte, upheld value. Economical alternatives like regular coffee and pastries offer a sub-$10 option for both sustenance and refreshment.
