Fidelis Opening 24-acre Retail Center at 610 & 290
Per their website, Fidelis Realty Partners will open a new 24-acre retail center named Brookhollow Marketplace in the Fall of 2020 near the intersection of 610 and 290. The group has apparently already signed leases with the following tenants:

- Ross
- TJ Maxx
- Ulta
- Burlington
- Bath Body Works
- Michaels
- Five Below
At least one anchor space and three inline spaces remain available for lease.
