Welcome to East Downtown! Our location provides easy access to downtown, major attractions, and public transportation. You can reach downtown in just 20 minutes on foot or a quick 5-minute drive. This area offers proximity to the George R. Brown Convention Center, Discovery Green, Toyota Center, Minute Maid Park, BBVA Compass Stadium, and various public transport options. We're also within walking distance of popular hotels like Marriott Marquis, Hilton Americas, and Westin.

Your room, located on the 2nd floor next to the shared kitchen, features a sliding door for entry with privacy curtains but no physical lock. The room doesn't include a TV, but you can review updated pictures of the space since 4/12/22.

Your private shower room is conveniently across from your room and is stocked with clean bedding, towels, and toiletries, including shampoo, conditioner, and body wash.

While you're welcome to use the 2nd-floor kitchen, please note it lacks an oven and is shared with other guests. Please bring your own food if you plan to cook. Essential cookware, tableware, cutlery, and a fridge are provided, but there's no coffee. A convenience store is just a 1-minute walk away.

Please remember that only your room, private shower room, and the kitchen are accessible. There's no access to the living room. Quiet hours are from 11 PM to 6 AM, and we appreciate your cooperation.

For security, we have a Touchscreen Deadbolt at the front door, and each guest receives a personalized code. We maintain an alarm system and surveillance cameras for safety, ensuring your peace of mind during your stay.
