This intimate retreat features a private hot tub and fire pit, providing a serene setting to relax and enjoy the sights and sounds of nature, including the presence of local wildlife like raccoons, coyotes, and more.
Its location is equally appealing, with numerous attractions just a short drive away. Within ten minutes, you can explore the Guadalupe River or visit downtown Bulverde. The Roost Haus is part of Bird Haus Farms, situated in the heart of the hill country.
This 1100 square foot cottage offers three bedrooms and two baths, with the master bedroom upstairs, featuring a sitting area with a futon and a king-sized bed, along with an attached full bathroom. Downstairs, you'll find two more bedrooms, each furnished with a queen-sized bed, and another full bathroom.
The open and cozy living, kitchen, and dining area boasts butcher block countertops and stained concrete floors. It comfortably accommodates gatherings with a small sectional couch and chair for 4-5 people.
The property provides essential kitchen amenities such as coffee, salt, pepper, and olive oil. Please note that swimming in the pond requires a waiver.
While the house can sleep up to 8 people with the futon, it's ideal for 4-6 adults. Keep in mind there's a gravel driveway, and another guest house and the main house are about 75 feet away. Additionally, there's a pet fee of $100, and guests are responsible for their activities and their dogs on the property.
