Kimberly-Chloe Wilson created the Butter Bar Skin Care spa in North Houston with the help of her husband, Rasheem. Kimberly-Chloe wanted to find a way to develop products using natural ingredients for women of color suffering from hyperpigmentation.
As a result, all of the products used within the spa are handmade by a small team who are against the use of unnecessary synthetics.
The spa offers facials, detox wraps, vacuum therapy, skin tightening procedures, waxing, massages, and laser treatments for both men and women. Erin Washington is the owner of Mother of Massage, a gorgeous spa in Mill Ridge North, North Houston. This professional spa offers tailored treatments to people of all ages to improve health and well-being.
The spa uses holistic methods throughout their relaxation and therapeutic massages to alleviate aches, pains, emotional issues, and medical conditions.

The spa is owned by the incredible Dr. Lashondria Simpson-Camp, who was a general surgeon and certified breast surgical oncologist. Lashondria worked alongside many women with breast cancer during her career, which led her to begin planning her own facility where she could empower people of all genders to feel as beautiful as they can in their skin.
Dr. Lashondria works alongside another amazing female, her twin sister Dr. Shalondria Simpson. Shalondria specializes in compounding pharmaceuticals and worked all over Texas before settling down to tailor the medications used at Tru Essence Spa.
The spa itself is absolutely huge, with individual treatment rooms to allow guests the peace and tranquility they are craving. This is a clinical facility, though it has natural daylight, modern furnishings, and creative artwork to give that luxurious feel.
Within the cosmetic spa area, you will be able to book treatments such as facial rejuvenation, Brazilian butt lifts, laser hair removal, acne treatment, and laser skin treatments.

The cosmetology side of the spa focuses on procedures such as chemical peels, EndyMed facial work, EndyMed body treatments, laser skin rejuvenation, Sculptra, and Botox. They also offer usual medical skin procedures like mole and skin tag removals, acne scar removal, and reversing the effects of sun damage.
The spa also has a dermatology-focused side, which provides treatments for skin conditions including eczema, psoriasis, hair loss, melasma, and seborrhea.
