Andretti is a gaming center most known for its go-karting facilities, but it doesn’t end there, although this may be the main event. There are also plenty of other really cool games, like arcades, omniverse, a laser tag arena, and of course, what we came for, the mini-golf. 

The Lucky Putt mini golf is nine custom, high-tech holes that have been reimagined for the modern-day. It’s a blend of classic mini-golf with the nostalgic joy of childhood. The whole experience is made to be a memorable one for the entire family.

The scoring system is easy to use and digitized to do the scorekeeping for you, so you don’t have to. 

There are great sound and sight effects, like surprising noises when players hit the correct triggers. It really does bring the course to life and make for a truly immersive experience. 

They often have special offers on prices and hold events, which can be found on their website, but the average cost for the mini-golf course for non-members is $14.95 (Monday – Thursday) and $15.95 (Friday – Sunday) for 16 holes. Magic Carpet Golf is an outdoor mini-golfing center with three different courses. All outdoor classes are uniquely themed, with each hole being an additional challenge to overcome. They are all relatively easy courses, so people of any ability can participate. 

This venue is perhaps not quite as up-to-date and modern as some in our guide, but it’s just as fun nonetheless. The moving elements and different tunnels also add to the fun. 

The castle course is great fun and has 28 holes, meaning it’s a great one for a longer game of mini-golf. 

The venue and courses are all well maintained, and there is always friendly staff on hand to help with anything you need. 

The price to have a go on two of the courses is $10.00 per person, so there would be an additional cost if you want to take part in a third course.

It is an indoor experience, meaning it can be enjoyed all year round. 

There is a vast choice of games available, with themed courses like the Angry Birds course, virtual courses, advanced courses for the more skilled players amongst your team, Jewel Jam, and many others. All of their courses are also all climate-controlled, making for comfortable play. 

Their games are suited for either 2-4 or 2- 6 players. They also offer a private space that can hold groups of larger sizes. 

They have a full-service restaurant with a decent chef-driven food and drink menu, where you grab bites such as topped flatbreads, nachos, burgers, wraps, sandwiches, and breakfast. There is a children’s menu, and everything is reasonably priced. There’s also the option to pick 6 meals from the menu, which costs only $55.00, which is great for splitting the bill within your group.

Reservations are not required here, but it is advised to avoid long queuing times during busy times. 

The prices here vary depending on the day of the week, and the time you visit, Monday – Thursday, early in the day is the cheapest at $27.00 per bay, and the weekend is more expensive, after 5:00 pm on Friday, Saturday and Sunday will cost $50.00 per bay.

Speedy’s Fast Track is an excellent choice for a round of mini-golf in Houston. 

First, they have a great 18 hole golf course, this is an outdoor course, so it is weather permitting.

The courses themselves for a general booking is no more than 5 people per team, but they have lots of packages available should you want to book for a larger party for an occasion such as a children’s birthday. 

Apart from the great golf courses, there are plenty of other activities to suit everybody. These include laser tag, four kinds of go-karting, and more than 150 video/arcade games. So you can be sure to have a memorable day out with something for the whole family to enjoy. Be aware that particular age and height restrictions exist on some of their games, so check their website before your visit. 

The staff was polite and helpful, and there always seemed to be people on hand to help out with any problems or queries. 

The price for their miniature golfing course is $8.00 for the whole 18 holes. So pretty cheap for a lengthy amount of golf. There are also some great combo packages available where you can save money if you want to enjoy golf and some of the other activities.
