1. Saint Arnold Brewing Company

Saint Arnold Brewing Company
Address2000 Lyons Ave, Houston, TX 77020
Websitewww.saintarnold.com

Saint Arnold Brewery is the oldest brewery in Houston. They brew, filter, keg, and bottle all their beers themselves. There are some great unique choices and drinks you’ll be unlikely to find anywhere else.

Visiting this brewery is a great experience; seeing where and how all the beers are made makes it a unique visit.

As well as the great beer, they also have some fabulous food on offer, depending on what you fancy. They have steak, pizzas, sandwiches, and other light bites. The Italian Cold Cuts Sandwich paired with the Lemon Drops Seltzer perfectly on a warm afternoon.

The beer garden has a great vibe. It is modern and covered with wooden beams, meaning it’s mainly undercover. In the evening, it is well lit, making it a popular spot for late-night drinkers to go when they still want to stay out after the sun goes down.

Despite the very industrial surroundings, they’ve done an excellent job of making the beer garden a peaceful place to enjoy your drink. It is pleasing to the eyes and well decorated with a wooden shelter and plenty of greenery planted.

The overall atmosphere here gives you a feeling of a German beer hall. It’s definitely worth a visit when in Houston.
