Now, if you want a good steak, you simply must check out the Pappas Bros. Steakhouse! The main restaurant is at the Houston Galleria, but there is a downtown restaurant too. You can even find two restaurants in Houston.
When you go to a steakhouse prime, high-quality, fresh ingredients are essential! This is why the steaks at this steakhouse are prepared from scratch every day. But it isn’t just the steaks either; every piece on the menu is prepared daily to ensure maximum taste and freshness.
Speaking of the menu, you’ll find an incredible array of different dishes available to suit all tastes. This includes seafood options, plenty of great salads, vegetarian options, and some great beef dishes, including a vast 22 oz prime ribeye!
But of course, for most people, a trip to a steakhouse is about sampling some steak, isn’t it? You can choose between Filet Mignon, Prime Ribeye, New York Strip, and Three Peppercorn Steak. Sizes vary, with the smallest dish being 8 oz and the largest being a massive 18 oz!

However, to be safe, you can reserve a seat on their website. Pappas Bros. Steakhouse is open Monday to Saturday from 5 PM, and it closes at 9 PM on most days but stays open an extra hour on Friday and Saturday. It’s the perfect place to enjoy an evening meal after a long day of seeing the sights.

There are also some fantastic burgers and seafood options available. One of our particular favorites is the Texas-style fish and chips. Vegetarian options are again limited, but they certainly get some praise for their wood-grilled cauliflower steak!
