The family-owned restaurant opened in 2012, following a successful operation as a food truck for many years previous to that. Green Seed Vegan also offers a catering service for events. Verdine operated as a food truck for many years before opening the lush, airy restaurant in 2019. The fine dining establishment provides tables on a first-come-first-served basis; it fills up quickly but has a great bar menu for those able to wait.

The bar has a wide selection of beer and wine, including magnificent hand-crafted wine tails. The wine tails are wine-based cocktails infused with all-natural fruits, herbs, and spices for a deliciously elegant, uniquely pleasant drink.
